The Lincoln Park School District will provide, through its schools, an educational setting that
helps children to love and master learning, to work independently as well as collaboratively, and to develop the character  and values that promote a healthy society. It is the school district’s expectation that all students will achieve the New Jersey Student Learning Standards at all grade levels.

5.             AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT A GRANT

6.             APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY SERVICES
RESOLUTION 000-2018 “RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Lincoln Park Board of Education approves an agreement with the Educational Services Commission of Morris County to provide Health and Environmental Safety Services for the 2018-2019 school year at a total cost of $5,475.00.”
 
7.             APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR BIDDING SERVICES
RESOLUTION 000-2018 “RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Lincoln Park Board of Education approves an agreement with the Educational Services Commission of Morris County to provide bidding services for purchasing through Educational Data Services, Inc. for the 2018-2019 school year at a total cost of $5,785.00.”
 
8.             APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR NJ DIRECT INSTALL
RESOLUTION 000-2018 “RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Lincoln Park Board of Education approves contracts with Donnelly Energy of Wayne, NJ to supply and install the energy efficiency measures at the following school locations as specified in the Scope of Work Attachment to the NJ Direct Install Program Participation Agreement, as follows:
